Spinnova Plc’s Annual Report 2022 has been published today. The Annual Report consists of two parts:
- Governance, Remuneration and Financial Statements 2022, which includes the audited financial statements, the annual review by the Board of Director’s, the corporate governance statement and the remuneration report 2022
- Annual Review, which includes Spinnova’s Sustainability Report
The publications are attached to this release and are available on the company’s website www.spinnovagroup.com.
No printed copies of the reports will be made available.

SPINNOVA – Sustainable textile materials, naturally
