Spinnova Plc (the "Company") has received a notification in accordance with the Company’s Articles of association Chapter 12 Notification on the change of holdings, according to which the total direct and indirect holdings of Juha Salmela have on 21 June 2022 decreased below five (5) percent of the Company's shares and votes.

 

The basis for the change in shareholding is Juha Salmela transferring shares according to option agreements and marital settlement agreement.
