Share subscriptions based on stock options 2018
SPINNOVA PLC COMPANY RELEASE, 14 FEBRUARY, 2022 AT 1.45 P.M. EET
A total of 60 600 of Spinnova Plc’s new shares has been subscribed for with the company's stock options 2018 between 1 December, 2021 and 31 December, 2021. For subscriptions made with the stock options 2018, the total subscription price of 68 478 euros, will be entered in the reserve for invested unrestricted equity.
After the trade registration the total amount of shares is 51 304 205.
The shares subscribed for under the stock options 2018 have been registered in the Trade Register on 14 February 2022, as of which date the new shares will establish shareholder rights. The shares will be traded on the Nasdaq Helsinki together with the old shares as of 15 February 2022.
The shares subscription period for stock options 2018 will end on 31 December 2028.
