Institutional offering of Spinnova has been oversubscribed and the subscription period has been discontinued; trading on Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland expected to commence on 24 June 2021

The initial public offering of Spinnova Plc (“Spinnova” or the “Company) to institutional investors in Finland and, in accordance with applicable laws, internationally outside the United States (the “Institutional Offering”) has been oversubscribed. Therefore, the subscription period for the Institutional Offering has been discontinued in accordance with the terms and conditions of the initial public offering today, on 22 June 2021 at 3.00 p.m. Finnish time.

Due to the discontinuation of the subscription period of the public offering on 18 June 2021 and the subscription period of the Institutional Offering as of today, the final number of shares offered in the initial public offering is expected to be announced on 23 June 2021. Trading in the Company’s shares on Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland is expected to commence on 24 June 2021.
